St. Patrick’s Day Parade March 19. The 64th Allentown St. Patrick’s Parade will be held 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. March 19. Phil's parents, Patrick and Marian Ferguson, served as King and Queen in 1991, and Phil's brother and sister-in-law, Sean and Wendy Ferguson, were King and Queen in 2010.
